TL;DR 1B initial tokens. Up to 1.8B total

1,000,000,000 RAIR tokens will be generated at TGE.

Supply will remain at 1b until developer incentives pool is exhausted. To continue incentivizing development on the network, a second period of 800m RAIR is available. This will generate a final fully diluted marketcap (FFDM) of 1.8b RAIR.

Reward mechanism is designed to balance token distribution between early adopters and later participants. DAO to control the emissions rate of the final tranche of 800m not to exceed 10% annual inflation rate.
